Our fee based distribution system is intended for Licensed US Importers and Licensed US Manufacturers. The program maintains product ownership with the Importer or Manufacturer until the moment of a sale to a Florida Retailer. Once an order from a Florida Retailer is received, Royal Beverages will submit a PO to the Importer or Manufacturer. At that moment, ownership of the ordered product will transfer from the segregated inventory of the Importer or Manufacturer to the segregated inventory of the Distributor (Royal Beverages). Payment for the PO to the Importer or Manufacturer will be issued. Subsequent delivery will occur in the time frame shown on our Delivery Schedule.
Since the Importer or Manufacturer maintains ownership of the product while in Royal Beverages warehouse, the Importer or Manufacturer, at anytime, may ship the product to another Florida Distributor or to a Wholesaler in another State where they maintain the proper licensing. Also, you may make an appointment to visit our warehouse and view your product at anytime.

Submit Agreement Contract
US Importers and Manufacturers interested in our fee based distribution system must first sign and submit the Agreement Contract. We will contact you as soon as we have recorder your request for services.
Florida Import License
In order to maintain alcoholic beverages in our warehouse and maintain ownership of the product, you must apply and receive a Florida Importer (IMPR) License. Royal Beverages will provide you with the applications and instructions to obtain a Florida Import License. We will also assist you with any application questions. Although there is an application fee owed to the Florida Department of Alcohol & Tobacco (ABT) when submitting your application, Royal Beverages will provide you with the applications and assistance- free of any charges.
Brand Label Registration
Before your brands are shipped into the State of Florida, the brands must be registered with the Florida Department of Alcohol Beverages & Tobacco (ABT). Only the COLA holder of the brand may become a Florida Brand Registrant. Royal Beverages will provide you with the applications and instructions to register your brands with the ABT. We will also assist you with any application questions. Although there is an application fee owed to the ABT for each label registered, Royal Beverages will provide you with the applications and assistance- free of any charges.
Warehouse Services
Once you have received a Florida Import License and have registered the brands with the State of Florida, you may ship product to our warehouse for climate controlled storage. We must receive an Inbound Product Dispatch at a minimum, three working days before your shipment arrives. There is a fee associated with unloading inbound shipments, inputting brands into our computer inventory system, storing brands, and loading outbound shipments as well as many additional value based warehouse services. Marketing and Sales
You are responsible for the marketing of your brands. Your focus should be on clearing your inventory from our warehouse. We offer Sales Rep visits to Retailers for appointments you have established and sample drop off services. We also offer demo services and many other value based marketing services. Please refer to our Fee Schedule for further information.
Sales Order
Once you receive an order from a Licensed Florida Retailer, submit the Retailer Registration and Delivery Request Form. The delivery will be executed in a climate controlled vehicle during the time shown on our Delivery Schedule. Once you establish a client, the Retailer may submit subsequent orders to Royal Beverages by phone. We offer the service of having a Sales Rep visit the Retailer for re-order taking as well. Delivery
Royal Beverages has a Statewide delivery schedule. Once an order is received, Royal Beverages will submit a Purchase Order to the Importer or Manufacturer. Subsequent transfer of the product from the Importers or Manufacturers segregated inventory to the Distributors inventory will occur and payment for the purchase will be issued to the Manufacturer or Importer. Subsequent delivery will take place at the time shown on the Deliver Schedule.
Invoicing and Sales Payment Collection
Only a Licensed Florida Distributor can invoice a Retailer for the purchase of alcohol. The Retailer will be invoiced and required to pay on delivery. Florida Law does not allow the credit for the sale of alcohol to exceed 10 calender days after the week in which the sale was made. We prefer payment to be made at the time of delivery but if a Retailer requests credit, a fee will be assessed. Credit can not exceed the time allowed by Florida Law.
Billing and Payments for Services and Products Sold
Payment for the purchase of product from the Importer or Manufacturer will be made on the first calender day of each month. Also, on the first calender day of each month, you will receive an inventory, sales, and service statement. You must postmark your payment by the 8th day of the month. A fee will be assessed on all late payments. The late fee will appear on the following months bill. Please be aware that there are serious consequences for not paying your bill, four consecutive months in a row. Further information may be found in your Agreement Contract and Fee Schedule.
Monthly State Reports
As a Licensed Florida Importer, you are required to submit monthly reports to the Florida Department of ABT. We will supply you with the State forms and instructions, free of charge. We offer the service of filling out and submitting the required monthly forms for you. Please refer to our Fee Schedule for further information.
Demo Services
Royal Beverages offers tasting event services. You schedule the event and we will send a Sales Rep to demo your brands. We must have 14 calender days notice before the event. To use this service, please submit the Demo Services Request Form. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for more details.
Sales Representatives
We offer the service of having a Sales Rep visit a potential client and deliver a sample. You set the appointment and we will present your brand to the Retailer. We also offer the use of our Licensed Salesman under a commission basis. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for further information.
Chain Account Servicing
If you place your brands in a Chain Account, Royal Beverages offers Chain Account Servicing to suite your needs. The fee for this service varies depending on the services requested. Please contact your account manager for further information.
