This blend has an intense yellow color.  The wine features aromas of gooseberries fruit, with hints of peach and lemons.  The finish is crisp and fresh with a well-rounded and persistent balance.  It’s an excellent accompaniment to appetizers, fresh or cooked seafood, green salads and young cheeses.

Estate Protopapas Sauvignon Blanc
A dry white wine produced from estate grown Sauvugnon Blanc from privately-owned vineyard in Mount Pageon Region. This wine exhibits flavors of peach, pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon. The wine has very good acidity and is full-bodied, balanced, with a long-lasting flavor and persistant after taste.  Pairs well with shell-fish, smoked salmon, fish either grilled or cooked with sauces and generally sea-food with piquant sauces. Also pairs with white meats with light white sauces.
