Fee Schedule

Licensing Services
All license forms with instructions will be provided free of charge. A licensing fee, payable to the State of Florida ABT, is required with the submitted application. If needed, Royal Beverages will complete and submit your application for a fee of $25 in addition to the license fee required by the Florida Department of Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco (ABT).

Brand Registration Services
All registration forms with instructions will be provided free of charge. A fee per label payable to the State of Florida ABT is required with submitted application. If needed, Royal Beverages will complete and submit your application for a fee of $15 per label in addition to the registration fee per label assessed by the Florida ABT.

Warehouse Services
Inbound Fee = $0.40 per case
Outbound Fee = $0.40 per case
Monthly climate controlled storage fee = $0.30 per case
Repacking/Splitting/Mixing an outbound case = $3.50 per case
Shipping Carton for repacked case = $1.50
Unloading inbound cases (not on pallets) = call to request a quote

Free Services
Entering cases into computer inventory system = no charge
Taking orders by phone = no charge
Generating invoice to accompany order = no charge
Generating B/L to accompany pallet shipment = no charge
Strapping/wrapping outbound cases = no charge
Monthly inventory report = no charge
Servicing Retail Account on a monthly basis (1 visit per month) = no charge

Fines
Accepting orders without proper in-bound notification = $0.30 per case
Restocking cases that were denied during delivery = $0.50 per case
Delivering order outside of delivery schedule = $25 per case

Florida State ABT Tax (assessed at time of sale)
Beer
Pints: $0.06 per pint (one pint is considered 12 Oz or less)
Quarts: $0.12 per quart
Gallons: $0.48 per gallon

Wine
Under 17.259% Alcohol: $2.25 per gallon
17.259% or more Alcohol: $3.00 per gallon
Natural Sparkling: $3.50 per gallon
Cider 0.5% – 7% Alcohol: $0.89 per gallon

Spirits
Under 17.259% Alcohol: $2.25 per gallon
17.259% – 55.78% Alcohol: $6.50 per gallon
Over 55.78% Alcohol: $9.53 per gallon

Fee Assessed at Sale
Statewide flat rate of 23% of the face value of invoice plus the Florida State ABT Tax. We do not charge a fuel surcharge. Royal Beverages will first deduct 23% off of the face value of the invoice and then deduct the Florida State Tax. The remaining balance will be sent to the Manufacturer/Wholesaler.

Retailer Credit
Payment is due on delivery. Retailers requesting credit must first receive credit approval. Florida Law states that Credit can not exceed 10 calendar days after the week in which the sale was made. We are required by law to report delinquent Retailers to the Florida ABT on the 10th calender day after the week in which the sale was made. Regardless, payment will be sent to the manufacturer/wholesaler on the first calender day of each month. At the discretion of the Distributor, a fee may be assessed to Retailers requesting credit and may not exceed $0.50 per case.

Monthly Reports
Holders of a Florida Import License (IMPR) are required to file monthly reports with the Florida ABT. We offer the service of filling out and submitting the forms. The fee = $10 for wine form, $10 for spirits form, and $10 for beer form submissions.

Sales Rep Visit
Sales Rep visit to pitch a brand = $25.00 per visit plus credit for any samples you decide to give to the Retailer.

Demo Services
Demo Rep = $25.00 per hour plus credit for any product used during the tasting event.

Chain Account Servicing
Varies per services requested. Please contact your Account Rep for details.

Late Fees
On the first day of each month, a statement detailing all of the services provided during the previous month will be sent to you. The envelope used to mail your payment back to Royal Beverages must be post marked on or before the 10th calendar day of the month. A late fee of 3% of the total amount due will be assessed on your next bill if payment is not received on time. Accounts that are delinquent for more than 4 calendar months will suffer stringent penalties. The inventory associated with and account that has been delinquent for 4 consequent months will be considered abandoned and will become property of Royal Beverages.
